GLOVE DISPENSER-DOUBLE (AE-620-2)

Double-Cartridge Glove Dispenser (AE-620-2) has dual independent dispensing chambers. There are two physically separated compartments operating autonomously. It has critical segregation that prevents cross-contact between incompatible gloves, simultaneous multi-glove workflows that use exam gloves from Chamber A while accessing sterile gloves from Chamber B, and redundancy. Besides, it has smart-sensing low inventory indicators(LED/Buzzer). It gives visual or audible warnings, proactive replenishment and low-power design. It has medical-grade polycarbonate windows. It has 5mm thick USP Class VI-compliant transparent panels. It autoclaves surface, and has real-time visual monitoring and impact on resistance.

As for its advantages, it prevents chemical incompatibility incidents. It has sealed barrier and positive air pressure between chambers. It has hazard isolation that blocks vapor transfer, meets OSHA 1910.1450(f)(3) for hazardous material segregation, and color-coded chambers: Blue=chemical-resistant, Yellow=sterile (ANSI Z535.1). Besides, it has emergency glove access if one chamber fails. It has fail-safe operation and zero downtime with 5s manual release activation. Additionally, there are continuous operation during cartridge changes. It has non-interrupted reload system with active chamber isolation. It has unbroken workflow that continues dispensing from Chamber B while replacing Chamber A cartridges. And it has sterility maintenance and 45% faster reloads.
